This is a character building near Scad in downtown Savannah. It is in The Residence at the Y. Totally safe park of town near the Oglethorpe House. The building was originally built in 1923 to house the local YMCA. Although it has been renovated, it has maintained the original charm.
This unique space is a ground floor unit with private entrance that has original brick floor, a non working fireplace. A large kitchen, bar area.
We own a furniture store, so this unit is available furnished or unfurnished.
Two full bedrooms and two full bath rooms. Washer Dryer in unit.
Sublease available beginning on June 1. Shorter term lease is available, but price may vary with length of lease.
You will be provided with a Starter Supply of:
- Paper Towels (1 roll)
- Toilet paper (2 per bath)
- Bath towels (interior use only)
- Bed linens (interior use only)
- Dish/hand soap
- Dish detergent
- Trash Bags (3)
~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~
- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
